This is as good for a vegetable dip as it is for a salad dressing.
- 1/2 cup ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
